by Tony Gallucci and Eric Koval
Eric Koval is a Vermont native. His family
successfully ran Koval's Coffee for many years; a staple in Williston,
Vt. Eric grew up in the family business, and later moved into
television production at Channel 3 Burlington, where he learned
video and sound. Eric has been in music production since his early
twenties, and is still a recognizable voice on the radio. Eric
brings a passion for the arts and an ability to edit video and
sound to WBKM. His experience will come into play as WBKM intends
to bring regional and Vermont artists the radio airplay they deserve.
Eric has made national connections in the music industry, and
will use those talents to help bring WBKM into the limelight.
Tony Gallucci is a New York native, having
moved to Vermont in 1987. He acquired his legal and business experience
in the New York real estate market before coming to Vermont, and
spent 7 years drafting and negotiating complex contracts for IBM's
corporate counsel in the Essex Junction, Vermont facility. He
also has worked for 5 years in the public sector, as a Network
Administrator in the public schools. Tony brings along his skills
in technology, communication and business, along with his love
of music and a finely tuned ear, to give WBKM the business skills
it needs, and to ensure along with Eric that its musical vision
Together, Eric, Tony and everyone at WBKM
are committed to bringing artists passionate music to their passionate
fans. They love the stories, they love the songs. They have no
strict rules, and no formulas handed down from any other corporate
structure. They will follow their hearts and their innate sense
of how to connect people thru music, and to define the Sound of
Burlington, Vermont and beyond. This is what they believe will
bring success to WBKM.
